Welcome to Basil and bite

I’m Elien Lewis, author, home-taught baker and cook. You might already know me from my baking over at Baking with Butter or Home Grown Happiness. I love cooking, baking, and everything sourdough! My food interests are super varied. I used to keep them all on one page, but now I love having a seperate space for each. Basil and Bite is where I get to have fun and be creative with food that does not always fit on my other sites. Here you will find easy family dinners for the air fryer, recipes my kids take in their lunchboxes, and extras like cocktails which I love to make and photograph!
