These air-fried peaches are the perfect recipe for anyone looking for a quick and easy dessert. Air frying intensifies the sweetness and creates a caramelized outer that tastes amazing.

Fresh peaches are the way to go in this recipe, and either white or yellow peaches can be used. If you can find a freestone variety, that’s the best. Otherwise you will struggle to remove the stones. Avoid overly soft or too hard peaches, as they may turn to mush or not soften enough in the air fryer.

  • Large ripe peaches. Halved and pitted
  • Butter. Softened, this can be salted or unsalted.
  • Vegetable oil
  • Pure vanilla extract and ground cinnamon
  • Salt – Just a pinch to balance the sweetness.
  • Soft brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Halve and pit the peaches.

  1. Brush with oil and place in the airfryer basket and air fry for 6 minutes.

  1. Mix the filling and spoon this into the middle of the peaches. Air fry again until the peaches have softened and caramelized.

Storing

Leftover peaches can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. They can be reheated in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons soft brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with vegetable oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry at 350°F/ 180°C for 6 minutes.
  3. While the peaches are cooking, mix the butter, vanilla, sugar, salt, and cinnamon into a paste in a bowl.
  4. Spoon this into the middle of the peaches. 
  5. Air fry for 6-7 minutes until the peaches have softened and caramelized.
  6. The total frying time will depend on your air fryer and the ripeness of the peaches. Serve the peaches while hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
